A considered cleaning service designed to refresh and maintain your bag while preserving its original finish. Each piece is individually assessed before being carefully cleaned by our specialists, with particular attention given to the material, construction and condition of the bag.
From surface marks and everyday wear to interior cleaning and general refreshing, our approach is tailored to the individual piece.
No colour is applied as part of our cleaning service. Where colour loss, fading, scuffing or more significant wear is present, our restoration service may be recommended.

We use professional-grade products selected specifically for luxury leather, suede, canvas, fabric and other specialist materials. Products and techniques are chosen according to the individual bag, ensuring the most appropriate treatment for its finish and condition.
Time frame
Bag cleaning is typically completed and returned within 1–2 days. More delicate materials or pieces requiring specialist treatment may take slightly longer, and our team will advise you following assessment.

Our cleaning services typically take between 1–2 days, depending on the material, condition and requirements of the item. For eligible pieces, we also offer a 5-hour Express Cleaning service.
