Your pieces are entrusted to our skilled technicians, with every service carried out with precision, expertise and considered care.
Quality Check And Packing
Once complete, your piece undergoes a final quality inspection and is carefully photographed to document the finished result, before being impeccably packed and prepared for its return.
Returned Impeccably
Our customer advisors will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Your piece will then be returned to you, impeccably presented and ready to be enjoyed once again.

Cleaning

All items for cleaning are typically completed and returned within 1–2 days. Should any additional time be required, our team will contact you.
Express Cleaning
5 hours
Specialist cleaning, completed within 5 hours. Available upon checkout for selected items following assessment.
Restoration & Repair
3–5 days
All items for restoration and repair are typically completed and returned within 3–5 days. Complex repairs may require additional time, however our team will keep you updated throughout the process.
