FRSHR specialises in the professional cleaning, restoration and preservation of luxury handbags, footwear and accessories. Our services range from specialist cleaning and colour restoration to leather repair, sole protection, heel repairs and more. Each piece is individually assessed to determine the most appropriate treatment.
Cleaning focuses on removing surface dirt, marks and staining while refreshing the overall appearance of your item. Restoration goes further, addressing signs of wear such as colour loss, fading and worn edges to restore the piece as closely as possible to its original condition.
We do not operate a physical store; however, our specialist workshop is located in Dubai. For your convenience, we offer complimentary collection and delivery across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Simply book your service online or contact our customer advisors team. Once your booking is confirmed, we will arrange a convenient collection time and one of our drivers will collect your pieces directly from you.
Our cleaning services typically take 1–2 days, while restoration services usually take 3–4 days. For more complex pieces, additional time may be required. Our team will advise you of the expected timeframe following assessment and keep you updated throughout the process.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will arrange collection of your piece at a convenient time. Upon arrival at our workshop, it will undergo a detailed physical assessment, with photographs taken to document its condition before any work begins. Your service will then be carried out by our specialist technicians, followed by a final quality check and photography. Once complete, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for your piece to be returned.
We use industry-leading professional paints, dyes and restoration products, sourced from specialist manufacturers around the world. Each product is carefully selected according to the material, colour and finish of the individual piece to achieve a precise and lasting result.
Every item entrusted to FRSHR is covered by our insurance policy up to a maximum value of AED 10,000 per item while in our care.
